Burbank
Therapy in Burbank, CA
Video across California, or in person in Pasadena. There is no Burbank office, and I would rather tell you that up front.

Therapy that survives a production calendar.
A lot of Burbank works on schedules that are decided by someone else, revised twice, and then revised again. Weekly therapy in a fixed room across town is a beautiful idea that collapses in week three. Video is the reason people here actually keep going, and it is the reason I take the format seriously rather than treating it as the backup.
When the room is what you want, the office is at 65 N Raymond Ave in Pasadena and you are welcome in it. Mixing the two week to week is normal and does not interrupt the work.

Common Starting Points
- Your hours change every few months and the last therapist could only do Tuesdays at four.
- Long stretches of intense work followed by a silence that is somehow worse than the intensity.
- You are the calm one on set, in the edit bay, or at the front desk, and there is nowhere for the rest of it to go.
- A late ADHD diagnosis that explains a decade of missed invoices and unfinished personal projects.
- A relationship at home that keeps absorbing the fallout of a job it did not sign up for.
None of that requires a diagnosis to be worth an hour. It requires being tired of the pattern.
The Fit
What I do and what I do not.
My focus is EMDR, relationship and complex trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, and ADHD in women, including women diagnosed late. Adults and teens. LGBTQ+ affirming. I do not treat severe mental illness or psychotic disorders, and I will say so early rather than let you spend money finding out.
Fees are $225 per 50-minute session, intensives are $2,300, and I am out of network with superbills available. Read how video sessions run if that is the part you are unsure about.
In a crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
