- Consultation call (10 minutes), Free
- Individual therapy (50 minutes), $225
- EMDR therapy (50 minutes), $225
- EMDR therapy (90 minutes), $450
- EMDR Intensive, $2,300, one 60-minute intake plus three 3-hour sessions

Paying
How payment works.
I am a private-pay practice and I am not in network with any insurance panel. Payment is due at the time of session.
Out-of-network superbills
I provide superbills on request. If your plan has out-of-network mental health benefits, you submit the superbill and your insurer reimburses you directly at whatever rate your plan sets. Call the number on your card and ask two questions: do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits, and what is my reimbursement rate after deductible. That gives you your real cost before you commit to anything.
