EMDR Intensives
Weeks, not a year.
A concentrated EMDR format for people who want to do focused work in a short window rather than spreading it across twelve months of Tuesdays.

The Shape of an Intensive
Intake, 60 minutes
History, targets and a plan. We work out precisely what we are going after and whether an intensive is the right container for it.
Three extended sessions, 90 minutes each, minimum
Ninety minutes changes the work. You get past the settling-in phase and into real processing in every session rather than every third one.
Where you go afterwards
Some people return to weekly therapy, with me or with an existing therapist. Some do not need to. We decide at the end, not at the start.
Who It Suits
Who This Format Fits
- People with a specific, identifiable target rather than a diffuse sense of being unwell
- People who have already done therapy and want depth rather than orientation
- People whose schedules make consistent weekly sessions genuinely unrealistic
- People who have plateaued and want to break the plateau deliberately
Who It Does Not Suit
When I will say no.
If you are currently in crisis, or need stabilization before processing, an intensive is the wrong tool and I will tell you that on the consultation call rather than after you have paid.
Cost
From $2,300
