ADHD in Women

Late diagnosis, the grief that comes with it, and the work of rebuilding a life around how your brain actually operates. Executive function, rejection sensitivity, and the exhausting business of masking. For the many women whose ADHD was read as anxiety for twenty years.

Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

After a relationship that rearranged your sense of what is real. Rebuilding trust in your own perception, untangling the guilt, and understanding why leaving did not end it. I hold a specific certification in treating this.

Relationship Trauma & Self-Worth

Attachment wounds, the patterns that keep reassembling with different people, and the belief underneath them all. This is the deep end, and it is where I do my best work.

How We Work On It

Two Ways In

EMDR Therapy

Weekly fifty-minute sessions. For trauma that has not shifted through talking, and for the memories that still land in your body as though they are happening now.

EMDR Intensives

A concentrated format, one 60-minute intake session and three 3-hour sessions, for people who want to do focused work in weeks rather than spreading it across a year.

Sessions: 50 minutes
Where: In person at 65 N Raymond Ave, Pasadena, or by secure video anywhere in California
Who: Adults and teens (16+)
Consultation: Free, ten minutes
Fees: Published in full on the Rates page
