We meet over secure video, or in person at my Pasadena office if you would rather be in a room. Video also happens to be discreet, which matters more than people admit when the person you are recovering from still calls.

The first stretch is usually about trusting your own read again. Then we work on the moments that still detonate, often with EMDR, and on the reflexes that followed you out: the flinch, the over-apologizing, the reflex to manage other people's moods before they have one.

Sessions are $225 for 50 minutes and intensives are $2,300. Out of network with superbills. No published sliding scale. Everything begins with a free 10-minute call.
