There is no office of mine in Burbank. Sessions are by secure video, or in person at my Pasadena office if you want the room. For what it is worth, one fewer drive is often the reason ADHD clients manage to keep a standing appointment at all.
The Camouflage

If your job is reactive by design, ADHD can look like an asset. You are quick, you improvise, you are excellent in a crisis, and nobody minds that you cannot plan a quiet Tuesday because there are no quiet Tuesdays. Women in these roles often get diagnosed late, or never, because the diagnostic picture people carry around is a restless boy, not a competent woman keeping a hundred plates up while privately drowning.
The bill arrives during downtime. Between jobs, on hiatus, after a wrap. That is usually when women call me, in a stretch that was supposed to be a break and instead feels like a collapse.

Focus of the Work
Mostly the story you built about yourself.
Strategy has a place, and we will find things that fit your actual brain rather than a fantasy version of it. But the heavier material is usually the internal narrator that has been calling you lazy since third grade, and the rest that you will not allow yourself because you do not think you have earned it.
I am not a prescriber and I do not conduct diagnostic testing. I work on the emotional side, and I am happy to coordinate with whoever handles the medical piece.

Fees, license, and how to start.
Sessions are $225 for 50 minutes. Intensives are $2,300. Out of network with superbills, no published sliding scale, and a free 10-minute call before anything else.
