There is no Glendale office, and that is fine.
Sessions with Glendale clients happen over secure video. If sitting in an actual room matters to you, my in-person option is the Pasadena office, a short hop east. Plenty of people mix the two: video during a heavy stretch at work, in-person when they want the drive time to decompress on either side.

So the nervous system learns to hold, and holds, and holds, and then something small goes wrong on a Tuesday and the reaction is enormous and makes no sense to anyone including you.
That is not a character flaw. That is a body that has been asked to be calm on the outside for years without ever being allowed to finish the stress response on the inside.

The Pace
Slow is not a stall. Slow is the method.
Trauma work that moves too fast produces a dramatic session and a terrible week. We build capacity first, which sounds unglamorous and is the entire reason the deeper work eventually holds. When we do go into a memory, we use structured approaches such as EMDR and parts work, and we close on purpose.
I cannot tell you how many sessions this takes. Anyone who gives you that number on a website is guessing at your expense.
Practical Details
Fees, license, and starting.
Sessions are $225 for 50 minutes. Intensives, when the concentrated format fits better than a weekly hour, are $2,300. I am out of network and give you superbills to submit to your plan. No sliding scale is published.
